So in my previous blog, we talked about how flowers are much more than our aesthetic wallpaper. And how flowers help us in various ways, in their different forms. We covered flowers essentials oil which help us to sleep and relax.
I came back with more stuff to talk about, well, obviously, about Flowers.
Now its related to essential oils as well. duh. I was searching about the ways you can use flowers other than decorations or gifts and flower oils came up. I was hooked on this phenomena on how a nature’s substance can do you, us, human beings such goodness.
Surviving in this era is tough. Like you heard it from year 99 born. Its not easy to go by. You are balancing your academic life with your social life and sometimes your brain takes a toll on you. I have just the essentials oils. FLOWER oils. which can help us to sharpen our minds, help us to focus and in our concentration.
Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil
This star shaped yellow beauty is from the cananga tree in India, Southeast Asia, and parts of Australia.
People apply ylang ylang oil to the skin to promote relaxation, kill bacteria, lower blood pressure, and increase sexual desire. The smell of ylang ylang oil in aromatherapy is used for memory and thinking skills.
Ylang ylang oil contains chemicals that might make people feel calm.
This oil is also used as an antioxidant, antidepressant, antiseptic, sedative, and antispasmodic. It helps increase immune health, circulation, and emotions, which makes it an effective remedy for the endocrine system, reproductive system, and digestive system.
Rosemary Essential Oil
The oil has been used extensively since ancient times for a variety of purposes, including being used in wedding ceremonies and medicinal herbal care.
Paracelsus, a renowned German-Swiss physician, and botanist in the 16th century, promoted rosemary oil and its ability to strengthen the entire body, and he specifically said it for its effects on the liver, brain, and heart – which is was about right.
It works very well in the process of detoxifying, revitalizing thoughts, increase focus and promote relaxed & calm breathing.
